Our staff members live and work within Eastern Uganda, building trust and ensuring that every initiative reflects local needs and priorities.
The ETH Board of Directors guides the organization’s global strategy, ensuring that our programs remain mission-driven, ethical, and effective. Composed of experts in medicine, research, global health, and leadership, the board provides oversight and direction for all of ETH’s operations.
The ETH Uganda Board of Directors provides essential local leadership, ensuring that all programs are grounded in community perspectives and national health priorities. By working closely with local partners and government stakeholders, the board helps bridge global expertise with on-the-ground realities.
